Knowledge Sharing Solutions (“KSS”, “we”, “our”) is a Canada-based company providing informational and educational consulting services related to education and student financial matters, primarily in Alberta and British Columbia.
By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of services
Our services include general guidance on:
• Study options in Canada
• General information about student loans and funding
• Understanding and organizing education-related financial information
KSS does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or regulated financial advice.
2. Free initial consultation
The first consultation is free, offered once per person, and intended to assess general needs and explain service scope.
3. Payments
All paid services are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Accepted payment methods:
• Interac e-Transfer
• Direct deposit
Services are confirmed only after payment is received.
4. Cancellations
• Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session
• If KSS cancels, rescheduling or refund will be offered
5. No guarantees
KSS does not guarantee approvals, results, timelines, or outcomes, as these depend on third parties and individual circumstances.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, including the applicable provincial laws of Alberta and British Columbia.
